Well hmmmm cold weather you can put on more clothes to stay warm, or snuggle with a buddy to stay warm. As opposed to Hot weather, where you can only remove so much clothing before it becomes illegal for you to be in public…. and snuggling with a buddy just begins to lack its appeal.
