Leader, boss, …. A good leader must understand the people they are leading, know what the people need, not necessarily just handing over everything the people want because then the people have no ambition.

Blink Cameras Update
So the results are in; after having issues with the cameras disconnecting regularly and a new module being sent and the same result, I began looking at other possibilities causes. I set up my doorbell camera to run on a 20000 MAH power bank and discovered that it did not disconnect for 4 days and it only did when the battery died. leading me to believe this issue of disconnects may be power-related. So I set my second module to run off a power bank. I have had no disconnects on that module since. So, in conclusion, I have to believe there is an issue with power sensitivity on the modules; what the exact sensitivity is, I am not sure. But Utilizing the power bank as a conditioner seems to have resolved it.

First real storm of the year
Well stay home folks wind is brutal, white outs. Blowing snow is filling the roads back in as soon as they are plowed.
It is time for whose lane is it anyways, followed by where did the road go… Possibly Is this the road or the ditch? I can’t tell any more.
Memorable road trip

Graduated licensing
In Ontario Canada we have graduated licensing. In order to receive your full automobile license it takes nearly 2 years. I think this system needs to gi the way of the Dodo and bring back the old system.
Why, many younger people are not obtaining their license because the process is to long and even if they have it the restrictions over the 2 year period are to great. This i have seen is a barrier to employment. No ability to drive no job, unreliablity in employment.
